 یوم یکجہتی کشمیر

 کشمیریوں سے یکجہتی کا ایک اور دن آن پہنچا مگر  کشمیریوں کے مصائب آج بھی ویسے کہ ویسے ہیں ، خاص طور پر اگست 2019ء کے بھارتی غیر قانونی اقدامات کے بعد سے ان مصائب میں مزید اضافہ ہوا ہے ۔ 1980ء کے دھائی کے اواخر سے لیکر اب تک لاکھوں کشمیری اپنی جانوں کا نذرانہ پیش کرچکے ہیں اور جو زندہ ہیں وہ 70 برس سے انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں اور سیاسی جبر کا شکار ہیں ۔ 

پاکستان دنیا میں کشمیروں کا واحد وکیل اور سہارا ہے ،یہاں کے عوام اور تمام حکومتوں نے اس رشتے کو ہر قسم کی سیاسی وابستگیوں سے بالا رکھا ہوا ہے۔تقریبا تین دھائیوں سے ہر سال "یوم کشمیر " بھرپور جذبے سے منایا جا تا ہے ۔قاضی حسین احمد کی تجویز پر اس دن کو منانے کا آغاز پہلی بار 1989 ء میں اس وقت ہوا جب پنجاب میں نواز شریف وزیراعلیٰ اور مرکز میں بے نظیر بھٹو وزیراعظم تھیں ، آج تقریبا 34 برس بعد جب یہ دن منایا جارہا ہے تو بھی مرکز میں مسلم لیگ ن اور پیپلزپارٹی کی مشترکہ حکومت قائم ہے ۔

 یوم یکجہتی کشمیر کشمیری عوام کے لیے انصاف، امن اور حق خود ارادیت کے لیے آواز بلند کرنے کی ضرورت کی یاد دہانی ہے کیونکہ عالمی برادری کشمیری عوام کی جدوجہد کو تسلیم کرنے میں بڑی حد تک ناکام رہی ہے اور اقوام متحدہ بھی اس صورتحال سے نمٹنے کے لیے اقدامات کرنے سے گریزاں ہے۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ کشمیری عوام کی حالت زار پر توجہ دلانے اور ان کے حق خودارادیت کی وکالت کرنے کے لیے یوم یکجہتی کشمیر دن بدن اہمیت اختیار کر گیا ہے۔اس دن کو مظاہروں اور ریلیوں کے ساتھ ساتھ آن لائن مہمات، تعلیمی سرگرمیوں اور رسائی کی دیگر اقسام کے ذریعے منایا جاتا ہے۔ متنوع پس منظر سے تعلق رکھنے والے لوگ کشمیر کے لوگوں کے ساتھ اظہار یکجہتی کرنے، انسانی حقوق کی جاری خلاف ورزیوں کے بارے میں بیداری پیدا کرنے اور قبضے کے خاتمے کا مطالبہ کرنے کے لیے اکٹھے ہوتے ہیں۔

 کشمیری عوام کو حالیہ برسوں میں انسانی حقوق کی سنگین خلاف ورزیوں کا سامنا کرنا پڑا ہے۔ خاص طور پر، ہندوستانی سیکورٹی فورسز پر ماورائے عدالت قتل، تشدد، من مانی گرفتاریوں اور حراستوں اور انسانیت کے خلاف دیگر جرائم کے الزامات ہیں۔ بھارتی حکومت نے کشمیر میں آزادی اظہار اور پرامن احتجاج پر بھی سخت 

پابندیاں عائد کر رکھی ہیں۔

یوم یکجہتی کشمیر کشمیری عوام کے ساتھ اظہارِ یکجہتی اور ان کی حالت زار کے بارے میں شعور اجاگر کرنے کا ایک موقع ہے۔ یہ دن دنیا بھر کے باشعور افراد سے توقع رکھتا ہے کہ وہ بھارت کیخلاف اور مظلوم کشمیریوں کے حق میں کھڑے ہوں ۔وقت آگیا ہے کہ مصائب میں گھرے کشمیری عوام کی مصیبتیں ختم ہوں ،یہ جنگ اب ختم ہونی چاہے اور کشمیریوں کے حق خود ارادیت کا احترام کرنا چاہے ۔

آئیے اس دن کو کشمیری عوام کے لیے اپنی یکجہتی اور حمایت کا اظہار کرنے کے 

لیے استعمال کریں۔

Kashmir Solidarity Day

Another day of solidarity with Kashmiris has arrived, but the sufferings of Kashmiris are still the same, especially after the Indian illegal actions of August 2019; these sufferings have increased. Since the late 1980s, millions of Kashmiris have sacrificed their lives, and those alive have been victims of human rights violations and political oppression for 70 years.
Pakistan is the only advocate and supporter of Kashmiris in the world. Its people and all governments have kept this relationship above all kinds of political affiliations. "Kashmir Day" is celebrated enthusiastically every year for about three months. On the suggestion of Qazi Hussain Ahmed, this day was first celebrated in 1989 when Nawaz Sharif was the Chief Minister of Punjab, and Benazir Bhutto was the Prime Minister at the Centre. The joint government of Muslim League-N and PPP is established.

Kashmir Solidarity Day is a reminder of the need for the Kashmiri people to raise their voices for justice, peace, and the right to self-determination as the international community has largely failed to recognize the struggle of the Kashmiri people and the United Nations to address the situation. is reluctant to take steps for It is for this reason that Kashmir Solidarity Day has become increasingly important to draw attention to the plight of the Kashmiri people and to advocate for their right to self-determination. The day is marked by online campaigns, educational activities, outreach, protests, and rallies. It is celebrated through other forms of People from diverse backgrounds who come together to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir, raise awareness of ongoing human rights violations and demand an end to the occupation.
The Kashmiri people have faced serious human rights violations in recent years. In particular, Indian security forces have been accused of extrajudicial killings, torture, arbitrary arrests and detentions, and other crimes against humanity. The Indian government has also clamped down on freedom of expression and peaceful protest in Kashmir. A lot of restrictions have been imposed to deprive Kashmiris of their rights.

Kashmir Solidarity Day is an opportunity to express solidarity with the Kashmiri people and raise awareness about their plight. This day expects intelligent people from all over the world to stand up against India and in favor of the oppressed Kashmiris. The time has come to end the suffering of the Kashmiri people, this war must end now, and Kashmiris have the right to self-determination. Want to respect.
