اسلام آباد ( حاصل کلام رپورٹ ): عمران ریاض خان کی جبری گمشدگی اور انکے خلاف ریاستی جبر پر نوجوان صحافی نے رپورٹ جاری کردی

سینئر صحافی وتجزیہ کار عمران ریاض خان کی جبری گمشدگی کو 21 دن مکمل ہوگئے، اس حوالے سے صحافی و سماجی کارکن رضی طاہر نے ”عمران ریاض خان کے خلاف ریاستی جبر کی کہانی“ کے عنوان سے رپورٹ جاری کردی۔رپورٹ 18 صفحات پر مشتمل ہے جس میں عمران ریاض خان کا تعارف، حالیہ جبری گمشدگی اور ماضی میں ان کی آواز دبانے کیلئے ریاست کی جانب سے جو ہتھکنڈے اپنائے گئے، اس حوالے سے حقائق منظرعام پر لائے گئے جبکہ رپورٹ عمران ریاض خان کے صحافتی کیرئیر کے آغاز سے اب تک کی ان کی جدوجہداور ان کے فلاحی کاموں کا بھی احاطہ کرتی ہے۔ رپورٹ کے اجراء کے موقع پر میڈیا سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے رضی طاہر نے کہا کہ پنجاب پولیس اور قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں کی بدنیتی واضح ہوچکی، آئی جی پنجاب نے عمران ریاض سے متعلق مسلسل جھوٹ بولے، جس کے بعد ان کی کارکردگی پر کڑے سوالات اٹھ رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ انسپکٹر جنرل پنجاب پولیس کے دعویٰ کہ عمران ریاض انہیں کسی کیس میں مطلوب نہیں تھے کہ برعکس عمران ریاض کے گھر چھاپہ مارا گیا اور سیالکوٹ ائیرپورٹ سے گرفتار کیا گیا جبکہ سیالکوٹ جیل سے رہائی کی خبر اہل خانہ کو دینے کے بجائے اغوا ء کاروں کو دے دی گئی؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ آئی جی کا کہنا کہ سسٹر ایجنسی کے کہنے پر عمران ریاض خان کے گھر ریڈکیا اہم سوالات اٹھاتا ہے۔ عمران ریاض خان کے گھر ریڈ کے دوران سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج میں سسٹر ایجنسی کا ایک اہلکار دیکھا گیا، اس اہلکار نے عمران ریاض کی اہلیہ کو دھمکایا اور عمران ریاض کو جان سے مارنے کی دھمکی دی،عدالت میں چلنے والی فوٹیج میں انکشاف ہوا کہ وہی اہلکار جیل کے باہر بھی موجود تھے جس نے چہرہ ڈھانپ رکھا تھا، وہ فوٹیج سامنے رکھ کر اس اہلکار کو تلاش کیا جائے حقیقت کھل کر سامنے آجائے گی۔ عمران ریاض خان پر ماضی میں سنگین غداری کے 20 مقدمات درج کیے گئے جبکہ سابق آرمی چیف کی توہین کا ایک مقدمہ میں ان کے خلاف ڈالا گیا، رپورٹ میں بتایا گیا کہ ایک سال کے دوران عمران ریاض خان کو چار بار مختلف چینلز سے آف ائیر کیا گیا جبکہ دو بار ملک سے باہر جانے کے دوران روک دیا گیا، صحافی نے سوال اٹھایا کہ وہ کون سے نامعلوم کردار تھے جنہوں نے عمران ریاض خان کی آواز دبانے کیلئے یہ سب کیا، کیا وہی اغواء کار نہیں؟ رضی طاہر نے بتایا کہ وہ یہ رپورٹ تمام عالمی اداروں کو بھجوارہے ہیں تاکہ دنیا کے سامنے حقائق لائے جاسکیں۔

In this report, Journalist Razi Tahir stated that the case of Imran Riaz Khan's disappearance gave rise to many important questions that need immediate answers, in which police misconduct and the ineffectiveness of courts were seen. "Inspector General Punjab Police stated in Lahore High Court that Imran Riaz Khan was not wanted in any Police case in Punjab. On the contrary, Imran Riaz Khan was arrested by nearly 20 Punjab police officers from Sialkot International Airport. Moreover, the same night 50 police officers raided his house. If the Punjab Police did not want him, why was this raid carried out?
"This made it clear that the Punjab Police played the role of facilitators in handing over Imran Riaz to some unknown institution or agency. According to IG Punjab, the raid on Imran Riaz's house was carried out by a "sister agency." The question now arises which sister agency was it? Did this sister agency clarify which case Imran Riaz Khan wanted in and why? He added"
Razi Tahir revealed that there was a person in plain clothes among the Punjab Police who raided the house of Imran Riaz Khan; this person had also threatened Imran Riaz Khan's wife to kill Imran Riaz Khan, while the same person was seen on CCTV footage of Imran Riaz Khan's kidnapping from the outside of Sialkot Jail, which was played in the Lahore High Court.
"Why is this person from the "Sister Agency" not revealed publicly revealed ought to court? Are the police trying to hide important facts of the case? he raised questions.
In the report, the journalist raised questions Why was no action taken against the SHO, District Police Officer, and Deputy Commissioner for the illegal arrest, imprisonment, and issuance of illegal detention orders of Imran Riaz Khan? On whose orders did the SHO arrest Imran Riaz Khan without a warrant at Sialkot Airport? Why was the family of Imran Riaz Khan not informed about the cancellation of his detention orders? It is also a surprising coincidence that his kidnappers were already present as he was released from Sialkot Prison. Is it not evident from this that the Sialkot Police assisted in his arrest?
According to the footage played in the court, three unknown persons are seen taking Imran Riaz Khan away in a Vigo jeep. What has the police done so far to trace those vehicles?
Author of Report Razi Tahir stated that if it turns out that Imran Riaz Khan has been tortured or even lost his life, who is going to be answerable for the consequences? Previously too, Imran Riaz Khan has been taken off air from multiple channels, has had fake treason charges laid against him, and has been hurt during jail time under multiple pretexts. Who is responsible for all that?
He said that Imran Riaz Khan has hundreds and thousands of well-wishers. The forced disappearance of a hugely popular and beloved personality like him has sparked a wave of unease amongst the populace.
Through this report, I am addressing all voices of human rights organizations in Pakistan and the world and requesting them to play their role fully. As such, the government of Pakistan and its subservient institutions also need to rouse themselves. This tradition of silencing all dissenting voices through force and torture must stop.
